The People´s Deputies stated that the Committee has still to scrutinize the issue concerning election of 76 judges. Moreover, the Committee received 418 appeals on permanent election of judges in January 2008, and 180 appeals in February and March.
The Committee resolved to scrutinize the issues on permanent election of judges more efficiently, in order to regulate the situation in the judicial system.
